 <li>Calculating necessary doses for alkalinity adjustments individually and subsequently retesting to assess changes in pH.</li>
 <li>Relying on generic applications or water analyzers that provide recommendations based solely on one parameter, either pH or alkalinity.</li>
</ol>
These alternatives frequently fall short, lacking precision and requiring tedious waiting periods for results.
The pH – Alkalinity Adjustment Tool revolutionizes this process. By inputting specifics such as pool volume and existing water conditions, users can obtain precise chemical dosage recommendations aimed at achieving a defined target for either alkalinity or pH. This feature introduces two priorities: pH Priority and Alkalinity Priority.
The user-friendly interface first requests details regarding Pool Volume and essential parameters such as CYA, Borate, Calcium Hardness, Salt or TDS, and Temperature. Subsequently, users can input their Current pH and Current Alkalinity, followed by their desired targets for each in designated sections. The tool instantly computes the necessary chemical quantities required to meet the chosen target.
An additional note advises users that if alkalinity is within the desired range but pH falls below 7.5, aeration techniques should be employed to elevate pH effectively without altering alkalinity levels. This allows users to maintain optimal water balance with precision.
